Makhana (Fox Nuts)
The Indian answer to popcorn — but actually good for you.
Grown in the flood plains of North Bihar — the only region on earth that produces commercial quantities of this aquatic superfood. Every batch is hand-harvested, sun-dried, and roasted in small batches. India produces 80%+ of global supply. The National Makhana Board (est. 2025 by Indian govt with ₹100Cr investment) is actively formalizing the supply chain that we helped pioneer.
Available Flavors
Grown by the Paswan family, Bihar, since 1987.
