Step 01
Source from verified farms
We visit the farms personally. Our Bihar makhana comes from flood-plain smallholders. Our Tamil Nadu moringa from the Erode cooperative. No middlemen. Every farmer is named, every farm GPS-tagged.
Step 02
Film the story with AI tools
Using Runway Gen-3, Kling AI, and ElevenLabs voiceover — under $350/month in tools — we produce a 3-minute short film for each product. The same film that would cost $5,000–50,000 with a traditional crew.
Step 03
Test, roast & pack small batches
Every batch is lab-tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial counts. We roast in small batches to maintain freshness. Stand-up kraft pouches with a clear window so you see exactly what you're getting.
Step 04
Print a QR code linking to the film
Every single pack gets a unique QR code on the back panel. Scan it with your phone. Watch the 3-minute film about the farmer. See the GPS coordinates of the farm. Know your batch number.
