Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following information:
Required Information
- 1. Identification of the copyrighted work:
Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list. - 2. Identification of the infringing material:
Provide the URL(s) or other specific location information for the allegedly infringing material on our platform. - 3. Your contact information:
Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address. - 4. Good faith statement:
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. - 5. Accuracy statement:
Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. - 6. Signature:
Include your physical or electronic signature.
Important Legal Notice
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized. Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent:
Response Timeline
- • Initial Review: Within 24 hours of receipt
- • Content Removal: Within 48 hours if notice is valid
- • User Notification: User notified of removal within 72 hours
- • Status Update: Submitter notified of action taken
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- • Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address
- • Your physical or electronic signature
